Custom plastic parts, printed to order.
Prototypes you can hold this week, replacement parts that are no longer sold, and short production runs - without paying for molds. Send a file or describe the part and we'll recommend the right material and process.
- STEP or STL file - or a photo and measurements
- Quantity and when you need it
- Where the part will be used (indoors, outdoors, heat, load)
- Color or finish preferences
Mention files in your quote request and we'll reply with a secure way to send them.
What we print
Prototypes
Check fit, form and function before committing to tooling.
Replacement parts
Brackets, clips, knobs and covers that are hard to find.
Enclosures
Custom housings for electronics, sensors and controls.
Jigs & fixtures
Tooling that speeds up assembly and inspection.
Common plastics we work with
We'll recommend the best fit for strength, heat, flexibility and budget.
| Material | Good for | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| PLA | Concept models, display pieces | Low cost, crisp detail; not for heat or outdoor use |
| PETG | Functional parts, brackets, housings | Tough and moisture resistant; good all-rounder |
| ABS / ASA | Enclosures, automotive and outdoor parts | Higher heat resistance; ASA handles UV and weather |
| Nylon (PA) | Gears, hinges, wear parts | Strong, slightly flexible, low friction |
| TPU | Gaskets, grips, bumpers | Rubber-like and flexible |
| Resin (SLA) | Small, highly detailed parts | Smooth surface, fine features |
FDM
Layer-by-layer plastic extrusion. Best value for functional parts and larger pieces.
SLA (resin)
Light-cured resin. Fine detail and smooth surfaces for small parts.
Partner processes
Nylon powder printing (SLS), CNC machining and injection molding through our network when volume or strength calls for it.
Tolerances, finishes and lead times depend on part size, material and process - we confirm them in every quote.
